ViewportEngineering

About the firm

A civil practice built around land that has to become lots.

Viewport Engineering is an independent Texas civil engineering firm owned by Alex Van Duzer and Joshua Martinez. The work is residential land development — not plumbing, not home sales, and not a brokerage.

The practice

What we are — and what we are not.

Developers and builders need civil drawings that can be reviewed, permitted, and built. That is the job: grading, drainage, utilities coordination, and the plans and reports that sit behind a phase opening.

Ownership sits with Alex Van Duzer and Joshua Martinez. The civil team includes Alex, Joshua, Marcos Urdiales, and Eric Aviles. Roles and biographies are kept high-level unless a credential is already public.

We work across Texas, with particular attention to Greater Houston and the counties that are taking the next wave of residential growth. The work is municipal, residential, and site development — not invented global labs or micron-tolerance slogans.

This website does not list PE license numbers, does not claim brokerage credentials, and does not publish a street address we cannot stand behind. Inquiries go to info@viewportengineering.com.
